On 27th
October 2016, the students of ISME had volunteered for the NHRD monthly meet at
hotel Chancery Pavilion, Bengaluru. The speakers of the day were Ms.Rashmi and
Mr.Prabu from HR. They spoke about how their HR department played a vital role
during the transition phase from ING Insurance to Exide Life Insurance &
driving the “STRETCH” philosophy for business growth. This was followed by a question and answer
session.
