Rishu Garg, HR-Essar group and a pass out of SCMHRD took one of the guest lectures. she introduced the very interesting topic of “Employee Engagement”, which is the extent of intellectual and emotional commitment employees have towards the company. She also described how the jobs can be motivating enough to get the best out of the employees.Different managerial games and activities were also carried out which made the session more interesting and interactive. A very learning session, which helped all of us to get a better insight of the HR field and its functionaries.
