Ms.Vipula Chhabra from ERICSSON had addressed the class on the importance of  presentation skills. The session had captured the realities of Corporate illustrations. The class was overwhelmed at the amount of learning.

A session on Compensation and Benefits was conducted by Mr.Monarch Limaye, HR Director from Software AG in the campus. The session was a good exposure to the class as the industry lexicon of HR was opened up. The  class had questions on fringe benefits, perquisites and CTC. All in all it was an interesting lecture.

Amidst pomp and splendor “Diwali” was celebrated as “Cultural Day” at the ISME campus. The event started off with the traditional lighting of lamp and Invocation. Ms. Sunitha from NHRD (a  body for HR professionals) was in the campus to conduct a workshop on ” The importance of Communication in the Corporate Level.”  The session was replete with role plays and experiential learning. It lasted for a couple of hours and the audience thoroughly enjoyed it.
