Treena Basu is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Mathematics at Occidental College. Her research interests are centered around numerical analysis, mathematical modeling and data science, specifically educational data mining (EDM). Treena holds a Ph.D. in Applied and Computational Mathematics from University of South Carolina.

Annie Flippo

She has published 25 papers in recognized peer-reviewed National and International journals including Scopus-indexed and ABDC journals. Educational Summary: Rajendra Desai graduated with B.Tech from IIT Delhi in Chemical Engineering (1984) and went on to acquire a Masters in Operations Research from Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, USA (1988). Subsequently, he completed a Management Program for Entrepreneurs and Family Business from IIM, Bangalore.(2008).
He has over 20 years of experience as an Entrepreneur in founding and scaling up a Leather Accessories Manufacturing Firm. He has spent over 10 years in academics – as Dean ( External Programs, XIME, Bangalore), Dean (Management Development Programs, AIMIT Mangalore), Assistant and Associate Professor positions at St. Joseph’s Institute of Management and XIME, Bangalore and Research Associate (Virginia Tech), He has been teaching quantitative subjects – Statistics, Operations Research and Business Analytics as well as courses in Marketing and Entrepreneurship for PGDM and Executive Courses.

Experience: Professor Manasa R is a highly experienced Data Analyst and Team Lead with over five years of expertise in utilizing Power BI to transform complex data into actionable insights. Since 2016, she has successfully led teams in the development of interactive dashboards, conducted sophisticated data analyses, and effectively communicated findings to stakeholders. Currently, she serves as an Assistant Professor at ISME, where she teaches undergraduate, postgraduate, and PGDM programs.

He began his career as an entrepreneur of a software firm in the capacity of a Business Analyst, and worked for reputed Analytics multinationals, before resuming his journey in the field of academia. He has been teaching since 2006 at several Indian universities and Edith Cowan University, Australia. He is now associated with ISME and is part of the External Relations Department. His Soft Skills facilitation assignments have been an enabler in his teaching sessions as well. His interest in Design Thinking prompts him to search for innovative ways to engage his students.

Dr. VAISHNAVI BALAJI, Ph.D.
