Indranil Dutta joined ISME as an Associate Professor following a distinguished corporate career spanning over two decades. Possessing expertise in market research and demonstrating seasoned leadership in the business domain, he previously served as Vice President at Kantar, where he led the technology & B2B research practice team. In this capacity, he provided strategic guidance to clients across multiple geographies, facilitating their business growth. Notably, he has also accumulated valuable experience through his roles at IDC and IBM. He continues to offer consulting and advisory services to various companies in a personal capacity.

In addition to his corporate achievements, Indranil has authored numerous technology and business related articles for external media and has actively participated as a speaker and panelist in various industry events and conferences. Throughout his corporate journey, he has consistently pursued teaching as a passion. This commitment has led him to collaborate with prestigious management institutes, engaging in mentorship, delivering guest lectures, and participating in panel discussions.

Experience: Dr.Nitin has a number of years of work experience in the area of technology and management consulting and was a senior member of Deloitte Consulting, Philadelphia, USA and has been involved in number of projects involving strategic analysis, process design, implementation of roll-out strategies, and change management. He is a Certified SAP Enterprise buyer professional & Ariba consultant. He has also undergone number of other specialized training programs on IT subjects and ISO 9000 assessor training course accredited by Sheffield Halam University, U.K.

Dr. Nitin is a lead faculty for Management Game from Carnegie Mellon University, USA that is conducted in ISME in collaboration with Prof. David Lamont of CMU. He is also one of the very few faculty in India that teach Business Strategy Game. Business Strategy Game is conducted in partnership with University of Alabama, USA.

Experience: Purnajit has extensive Industry experience since 1988 and academic experience since 2018. Before his current role, he headed Executive Education Programs and was a Professor of Practice in Marketing and International Business at Ramaiah Institute of Management. Earlier he was the Dean of Atria Centre for Management & Entrepreneurship, Bangalore for over 4 years. He led their MBA program to the prestigious NBA Accreditation. He has deep knowledge of academic processes and is an expert in OBE for business schools. He has co-authored a textbook on ‘Strategic Management’ which is line with the VTU syllabus.

Before his stint in academics, Purnajit was an established business leader in the IT Industry, who led multi-million Dollar deals & business improvement initiatives across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, South Korea, China/Hong Kong, Australia, UK, and the USA, for over 30 years.  He was at IBM for over 20 years in various roles such as Vice President, Associate Partner & General Manager, and outside of IBM he has been a GM with Satyam Computer Services, SBU Head at BPL Telecom & Executive VP at Amsoft Information Services.

Experience: Vivek has extensive experience in the area of International Marketing. After his completion of MBA from Purdue, Vivek worked for Watsco in Miami, Florida – one of the largest distributors of air-conditioning equipment in the US.

Upon his return to India, in his consulting capacity with Minrad (a US based Pharma Company dealing with anesthetics), he has developed distributors for the company in Middle East and South East Asia. Vivek’s consulting work gave him an opportunity to visit over 20 countries across North America, Middle East & South East Asia annually and got exposed to the best industry practices worldwide and with top companies like Infosys, Wipro, and GE.

Experience: Nisha is an experienced academician and skilled researcher with PhD in Finance from IIT Delhi. She teaches courses like Corporate Finance, Business Valuation, Security Analysis and Portfolio Management, Financial and Cost Accounting to management students. As a researcher, she investigates contemporary topics like FinTechs, Digital Lending, BigTechs and others. In 2022, she was the keynote speaker at Clermont FinTech Day, organized by ESC Clermont Business School, France. In 2021, she received research grant from IMA Research Foundation (USA) for her study on FinTechs specializing in SME lending services. She won best paper award at Woxsen University’s Doctoral Consortium (2022), AGBA 16th World Conference (IIT Delhi, 2019) and 2nd International Conference on Evidence Based Management, (BITS Pilani, 2017). Experience:Ms. Shashi Rekha is a passionate academician who has over 15 years of teaching and two years of experience in Banking and risk management. She is a dedicated, resourceful, and goal-driven professional educator with a solid commitment to the academic growth and development of every student in the class. She has expertise in curriculum Design & Development of UG students in view of the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS), outcome-based education, and NEP -2020. Also Efficiently guided UG students through their project work on the business plan and Motivated students to come up with innovative ideas for the MANTHAN competition.

Experience: Tanuj has several years of experience in the US Fixed Income markets at Citigroup as Director, Head of US MBS and Real-Estate ABS Strategy and at Bank of America. Over the years, he has been involved in trading, research and strategy in Mortgage Backed Securities.

Tanuj has contributed to several industry panels such as the American Securitization Forum (ASF) and Citigroup-hosted annual GSM conference discussing the impact of Government policies and legislations on the future of the housing markets in the US. Tanuj was a part of a team that interacted with US policy makers comprising the FDIC, the Federal Reserve and members of the Basel committee to recommend Basel capital rules for the securitization market. Tanuj also interacted with members of the Dutch Ministry of Finance and evaluated the mortgage portfolio that was ring-fenced during the financial crisis.

Experience: Prabha is a professional with over 22 years of experience across industry and education. She has expertise in audit and assurance, Trust Fund accounting, pension administration, and treasury operations. Formerly an Audit Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, she has extensive experience auditing listed companies and leading due diligence and internal audit assignments. At the World Bank Group, Prabha held key roles in Trust Fund and Treasury Accounting, collaborating with donor countries and managing teams in the Treasury Department. She was also instrumental in migrating processes to the IBRD’s India office.

For the past 10 years, Prabha has been a dedicated educator, mentoring students in ACCA, CA, and CMA courses. She has taught at institutions like Jain College, St. Joseph’s, and Mount Carmel College, and runs her own coaching business.
